By creating an account, accessing, or using Cresh.me (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

  • Receive AI-generated analysis and feedback on submitted ideas

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

User Accounts

Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

Account Responsibility

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your user profile settings. Upon deletion:

  • Your user ID in existing entries will be replaced with a deleted user identifier

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use.

User Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content and Ownership

When you submit ideas, feedback, or other content to the Platform ("User Content"), you retain full ownership of your intellectual property rights. Your ideas and the AI-generated reports belong to you.

Important: We do not use your ideas or generated reports for our own purposes. Your submitted ideas and the corresponding AI-generated analysis are stored in our database solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and making them accessible to you at any time.

By using the Platform, you grant Cresh a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Store your content in our database
  • Process your ideas to generate AI analysis
  • Display your content and reports to you within the Platform
  • Enable you to access your ideas and reports at any time

This license is strictly for the purpose of providing the Platform services to you. We will not:

  • Use your ideas for our own business purposes
  • Share your ideas with third parties for commercial purposes
  • Train AI models on your specific ideas (beyond the immediate analysis generation)
  • Claim ownership or derivative rights to your ideas

Content Guidelines

You agree that your User Content will not:

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contain illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory material
  • Include spam, malware, or malicious code
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Contain confidential information you are not authorized to disclose

Removal of Content

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

Platform Content

All content provided by Cresh, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the AI analysis framework, is the intellectual property of Cresh.me and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Subscriptions and Payments

Pricing

Cresh offers both free and premium subscription plans. Current pricing is available on our website and may be changed at any time with reasonable notice.

Payment Terms

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

Coins and Credits

The Platform uses a coin/credit system for certain features:

  • Coins may be purchased or earned through the Platform
  • Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Unused coins may expire according to the terms of your subscription plan
  • We reserve the right to adjust coin pricing and requirements

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
  • Engage in any activity that could harm Cresh or other users

AI-Generated Content

How Our AI Analysis Works

When you submit an idea to Cresh, our AI system generates a comprehensive analysis for you. To provide you with the most valuable and comprehensive analysis possible, we use our proprietary Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system.

Our RAG system works as follows:

  • When generating your analysis, our system searches through relevant articles, resources, and knowledge bases
  • The system identifies articles and information that may expand or enhance your specific analysis
  • This additional context is used to enrich the AI-generated report provided to you
  • The enhanced analysis is then stored in our database exclusively for your access

This process is designed solely to improve the quality and depth of the analysis we provide to you. The articles and resources identified by our RAG system are used only to enhance your individual report and are not used for any other purpose.

Analysis Accuracy

The AI-generated analysis provided by Cresh is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
  • That the analysis will meet your specific needs or expectations
  • That acting on the analysis will lead to business success
  • The availability or accuracy of external articles referenced in the analysis

No Professional Advice

The content and analysis provided through Cresh do not constitute professional business, legal, financial, or investment advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making business decisions based on Platform content.

Your Reports

All AI-generated reports and analysis created from your submitted ideas are generated exclusively for you and remain your property. These reports are stored in our database to ensure you can access them whenever needed.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, including but not limited to:

  • Payment processors (Stripe)
  • Email service providers (MailerLite, Amazon AWS)
  • Analytics tools (Umami, Google Ads)
  • Authentication providers (Google OAuth)

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

Disclaimers

Service Availability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of content

No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • The success of business ideas submitted to the Platform
  • The commercial viability of ideas or analysis provided
  • Any outcomes resulting from use of the Platform

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cresh.me and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cresh.me and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms of Use
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your User Content

Termination

By You

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms of Use
  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • All licenses granted to you will terminate
  • You must cease all use of the Platform
  • Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

Severability

Entire Agreement

No Waiver

Assignment
